The 53 GMC Project

Purchased in 2006, this truck has been a long term project. Used more as a test bed for new ideas than a project with an end goal it mind, it has seen multiple iterations.

Originally it was a pretty standard GM AD truck that had several missed matched parts from both the Chevrolet and GMC versions as well as different years.

Today, in its current form, it looks like this. Twin turbo small block Chevy 350 powered, GM Super T-10 transmission, GM 10 bolt, Tilton Racing pedal system, Custom Air ride rear suspension, Mustang II air ride front. Body is done as a 51 GMC with some minor hole shaving and a cleaned up engine bay.
